How do I get my goods?

 

Once you have purchased your products from us at Netpris.net, you can choose from two options, pick up your goods from our warehouse in Flensburg or you can arrange for them to be transported using a freight company.

 

Pick up your order yourself in Flensburg:

We will start packing your order immediately after you let us know by email when you would like to pick up your order. We ask that you wait for confirmation from us of the pick-up date so that we can be sure that your order is ready for pick-up.

Our warehouse is open every weekday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Arrange your own transport:

Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive an order confirmation and can then arrange shipping.

To arrange transportation, you must go directly to the delivery service's own website and through there you can easily book transportation.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with deliveries or send links to Shippi, Pakketpoji, Norrlog, DHL or other suppliers.

 

If you wish, you can do a simple Google search for "Netpris - order delivery", and a delivery service that can help arrange delivery will definitely appear in the search results. :)

 

Why has my order been cancelled?

 

Netpris.net will automatically cancel the order after 10 days if no delivery or pickup date has been arranged. Before this happens, we will send email reminders, which we hope will be helpful.

If you are sure that you ordered a delivery, but your order was canceled anyway? Then contact our customer service via our contact form, and we will find out what happened. The most common reason is that the order number has been incorrectly entered for the delivery.

 

How long will it take before I receive my goods?

 

It takes approximately 2-5 days to pack your items. However, processing may take longer if some of your items are out of stock or during holiday periods. During holiday periods, it is recommended to place your order early.

The delivery time for your items will depend on the supplier you choose, so please contact them directly for more information.

 

Product refunds and refunds?

 

If your products are damaged or lost during shipping:

What payment methods can I use?

In our online store, you can pay for your products with a regular bank card, such as Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard, Mobile Pay or alternatively use the Paypal service.

Yes! All traffic is equipped with SSL 128-bit encryption and all card transactions are based on the banks' so-called 3D-secure technology. When you make a payment, only you as the customer and the payment provider see your card number via an encrypted connection.

 

How do I use a discount code?

If you have received a discount code and would like to use it for your purchase, please activate it in the field provided at the checkout of our online store. The amount will be deducted directly from the total amount of your order.

 

How can I make changes to my shopping cart?

You can view your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart image in the right corner of the website. There you can easily change the quantity of products by selecting the desired number of products in the number field next to it. You can remove a product by clicking on the cross next to it.

If you have already placed an order but want to remove or add products, you must cancel your order by contacting our customer service. You can then place a new order.

 

How does the wish list work?

If you want to save products for future orders, you can save them to your wishlist via the heart symbol, which is on both the product page and the category page. Click on the heart and the product will be saved to your personal page under "wishlist". To do this, you must create a customer account.
