Making a purchase agreement

As soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by email, the purchase contract is concluded. Before you receive an order confirmation, we may cancel your order in whole or in part, for example due to sold items. If we have to cancel your order, we will of course notify you by email or telephone.
 

Always remember to check your order confirmation.

Please check that all the information on your order confirmation is correct and matches your order. If you notice any errors in your order, please call or write to customer service as soon as possible.
 

Payment

On our website you can pay for your purchases with the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard 

 

Prices and charges: All prices include German VAT and other German taxes. Prices are daily rates.

Consumers may be required to pay local sales and packaging taxes when purchasing goods from Germany. It is your responsibility as a consumer to declare your purchases if required by local authorities.

If there are any import problems or if you are charged additional taxes and fees for the imported product, this does not affect the Netpris online store in any way.

Security and Receipt

Safety

To protect your card details, you will be redirected to a separate payment page after completing your payment on the website. The payment solution is provided by our payment service provider Pensopay, which is certified to process your payment details, ensuring that all information is encrypted and sent via an SSL connection to Pensopay. This means that only Pensopay can read your payment details.

Receipt/Invoice

Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you will receive an electronic receipt. You can see the receipt in the "My Account" section if you create an account with us.

Picking up your order

Netpris.net does not deliver your goods, so you can choose:

a) Pick up your order from our warehouse

b) Arrange a transport service to pick up the products and deliver them to you

We have nothing to do with the transportation or its payment.

By law, you must pay and order the transportation of goods regardless of the Netpris store.

If you would like information about transportation or anything else related to transportation, please contact the transportation company with which you have made a contract.

Responsibility and risk for the goods pass to you as soon as your order is picked up from us. From that point on, we are no longer responsible for the products and any damage or destruction they may cause during transport.

Ordering for resale

You cannot order goods for resale, and all purchases you make must be for personal use or consumption.

Drinks without bottle deposit (deposit)

Drinks without a deposit may only be used for private consumption and you agree not to consume these drinks in Germany.
 

Export declaration

By purchasing products from our website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the following export notice:

"I declare that I have a permanent residence in a Scandinavian country and that you will deliver the goods within 24 hours to a Scandinavian country. I undertake not to drink drinks without a deposit in Germany. I also agree that the purchased goods may only be used for private use."

Complaints

Everything has been carefully selected and sorted to ensure you receive the best possible products. If you receive a product that does not meet our standards, please contact our customer service by email or phone as soon as possible and within 3 days of receiving or picking up your order. You can choose whether you want the money back for a specific product or if the amount will be transferred to your Netpris account. Netpris has the right to demand the return of the product.

The above also applies, of course, if your order is otherwise incomplete.

The Consumer Purchase Act applies when purchasing, and you have a 3-year right to claim that the product is defective if it is not a product for household consumption. At our option, product rights include the possibility of having the goods repaired, replaced, receiving a discount or a refund for eligible products. It is not a legitimate complaint if the product defect has arisen due to wear and tear, age, misuse or other damage to the product. You must make a complaint about a defective product soon after you have discovered the defect.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, this must be done within 14 days of receiving the goods from us.

You can only exercise your right of return if the goods are essentially unchanged, so you cannot return damaged goods.

Please note that food, drinks and other similar items that belong to the household are not eligible for return.

If you wish to return the products, you must notify us clearly and unambiguously by email before the end of the cancellation/return period and the goods must be returned to the warehouse:

Consequences of returns

Consequences If you decide to return the product, we will refund the payment without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving the product. Payment will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you have expressly agreed or requested otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the return.

You can return the goods to us by post or freight at your own expense and you are responsible for the product(s) during shipment.

The goods must be returned to us directly at our warehouse (see address above) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have notified us of your right of return. Please note that we will not accept products that have passed the expiry date or best before date.

We recommend that you save all documents regarding the return of goods.

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the products if this is due to your handling of the products, which was not necessary to determine the quality, function, nature and characteristics of the goods. You have the right to examine the products in the same way as in a physical store, so you cannot use them. If you have used the product and we cannot resell it or it cannot be resold at full price, we will deduct the amount we refund to you.

Applicable law

All purchases and other transactions are subject to German law and consumer protection regulations. The Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) or other common European legislation does not apply.

Any disputes arising between the parties that are not resolved through negotiations shall be brought before the court of first instance in a German court. Appeals shall be made in accordance with the general rules of German law.

If the customer is a trading company, a legal entity under public law or a foundation under public law with its registered office in Germany, the sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is the seller's place of business. If the customer is domiciled outside Germany, the sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is the seller's place of business, provided that the agreement or the claims under the agreement can be attributed to the customer's professional or commercial business. However, the seller is entitled to appeal to the court at the customer's place of business in the above-mentioned case.

The seller is not obliged or willing to participate in the dispute resolution procedure in the consumer arbitration board.

Alcohol

Ordering alcohol to Finland via the Internet from another EU country is permitted.

Finnish tax must be paid, otherwise customs may detain the alcohol.

If the buyer orders the transport of alcohol to Finland, for example from a transport company, the following applies:

The buyer pays Finnish tax on alcohol. Before the goods are transported from another EU country, the buyer must declare the goods to the Tax Administration and provide security for payment of the alcohol tax, see the brochure Here

Please note that Finnish taxes, when ordered online, are paid regardless of the amount of alcohol.

When you purchase alcohol from the Website, you confirm that you are over the age of 20. You may not purchase alcohol from the Website if you are not over the age of 20.

Pricing and Disclaimer

All products are subject to availability. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available or if shipping may be delayed. All prices are subject to change without notice. We occasionally use promotional prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for purchases made during the promotional period. Due to the time-sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in connection with a price reduction or promotional offer.

Product replacements for (temporarily) available products.

When ordering, we check whether there are enough products in stock or if they are on their way to us. In these unusual times, when the coronavirus is affecting us, we find that many manufacturers offer us a smaller quantity/range of products in order to guarantee sufficient quantities for all customers. So during these times it may happen that, for example, the beer or chocolate option you ordered cannot be delivered. In this case, however, we will try to deliver another version of the product that meets the same requirements. In addition, if the product is not available when your order was in the package. This may be because one of our suppliers did not deliver the product, or the product was damaged during packaging, or we notice during packaging that the product does not meet our high quality standards.

Of course, we will do everything we can to find the best replacement product.

When we exchange a product for another suitable one, we always aim to provide a better value and quality replacement product, you pay "only" for the original product (e.g. we can replace a 100g bag of candy with a 200g bag and you only pay for the regular 100g). Of course, if we are unable to supply your product or a suitable replacement product, this product will not be invoiced.
